REFUND POLICY
We provide refunds for cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions, including shipping charges. Additional refunds are reviewed at our discretion. Customers may only receive one refund per product unless defective. Once approved, refunds are processed within five (5) business days and may take up to thirty (30) days to appear on your bank statement.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must have an authorized RMA number. To request one, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Unauthorized returns (“Return to Sender”) are not eligible for refunds. A restocking fee of $5 per unit and a $9.95 return shipping deduction apply.
WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PAYMENT FAILURES & CHARGEBACKS
If your payment is declined or reversed, you remain responsible for the full balance and any applicable fees, including chargeback or collection costs. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued legally.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

If unresolved within 120 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration will take place in Maricopa County, Arizona, and follow AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding.
